In Libya’s hot and dry climate, every drop of water matters. In August 2026, a customer from Libya contacted us after discovering our 6P9 hydroponic tower. The customer plans to grow lettuce, herbs, and other salad greens in a greenhouse, with an initial goal of meeting fresh vegetable needs while exploring future commercial production.
For this project, the 6P9 vertical hydroponic tower offers two key advantages: efficient use of growing space and recirculating water. With 9 layers and 54 planting sites, it allows more crops to be grown within a compact footprint, while the hydroponic system helps make better use of water. The food-grade PP construction is also suitable for fresh vegetable production.
After discussing the local climate and growing requirements, the customer decided to start with two 6P9 towers as a pilot. The trial will help evaluate crop growth, water efficiency, and system performance in the local greenhouse environment.
We provided growing recommendations and technical support, and the order has now been arranged for shipment. The customer will soon begin testing a space-saving and water-efficient vertical hydroponic solution in Libya.
