If you want to build a truly practical indoor vertical farm in Warsaw, equipment stability and long-term maintenance support matter far more than just “looking advanced.” With this concern in mind, Ms. Ina from Poland discovered our hydroponic systems online and reached out to us by email.
During the initial discussions, she clearly shared her plan: to set up an indoor vertical farming pilot project in Warsaw to supply fresh leafy greens and herbs to nearby restaurants. The project site is indoors, which places higher demands on system stability, scalability, and long-term operating costs. Based on her space conditions and target output, we recommended the 6P10 hydroponic tower system. With its vertical growing design, small footprint, and high planting capacity per tower, the 6P10 is well-suited for high-density indoor layouts. Its clear nutrient and water circulation structure also makes daily operation and maintenance more efficient, which is ideal for pilot-stage projects.
Considering Poland’s cold winters and limited daylight hours, indoor farming relies more heavily on stable equipment performance and supplemental lighting. In our proposal, we included application cases from regions with similar climates and explained how the hydroponic system operates under low-light conditions, along with recommended configurations. Ms. Ina’s main concern was whether after-sales technical support and spare parts supply would be reliable, as any system downtime could directly affect stable supply to restaurants once the project is in operation. To address this, we clearly explained our after-sales process and provided a comprehensive warranty plan.

After confirming the feasibility of the solution, we shared real project cases from German customers and provided videos of systems in operation, giving her a more intuitive understanding of the system structure, installation process, and running performance. After more than two weeks of in-depth communication and final confirmation of configuration, delivery time, and logistics details, Ms. Ina placed an order for 10 units as the first phase of her indoor vertical farm pilot in Warsaw.
For the customer, this project marked the transition from concept to real implementation. For us, it showed how clear communication, transparent delivery scope, and localized service commitments can turn a cautious prospect into a long-term partner with concrete expansion plans.
