The customer expressed interest in our 6P10 tower and asked many detailed questions: For example, what is the diameter of the tower body? What is the size of the planting basket? What is the diameter of the hole? What is the capacity of the water tank? It can be seen that the customer has studied the tower. So I answered the customer's questions one by one and introduced that we have 60L and 100L buckets, which have different sizes and different shipping costs. The customer said that 60L is enough for the purchase of testing. After that, I inquired about the shipping cost from the customer, made a quotation, and happily reached a cooperation with the customer.
