6P10 Vertical Hydroponic Tower Solution for Small Scale Commercial Hydroponic Farming

2026-08-11

As demand for fresh, locally grown vegetables continues to increase, more growers are exploring compact and efficient hydroponic farming solutions to maximize production within limited spaces. For small commercial farms, starting with a pilot project is often an effective way to test growing performance, understand market potential, and optimize future expansion plans.

A small commercial hydroponic farm project in France was looking for a solution that could provide high planting efficiency while keeping daily operation simple and manageable. The project required a system with a compact footprint, strong production capacity, and suitability for growing leafy vegetables and herbs.

Based on the project requirements, we recommended the 6P10 vertical hydroponic tower system. With a vertical growing structure, each tower provides 60 planting sites, allowing growers to achieve higher planting density without requiring large cultivation areas. The system is suitable for lettuce, spinach, herbs, and other leafy green crops commonly used in commercial hydroponic production.

The 6P10 hydroponic tower integrates a circulating water supply system that continuously delivers water and nutrients to plant roots, helping improve water efficiency and maintain stable growing conditions. Compared with traditional soil cultivation, vertical hydroponic farming reduces land requirements, minimizes soil-related issues, and simplifies daily management, making it suitable for modern sustainable agriculture projects.

For this project, the customer selected 10 sets of 6P10 hydroponic towers as the first-stage pilot system. Through this initial trial, the customer can evaluate crop performance, optimize growing methods, and collect valuable experience before expanding the commercial hydroponic farm in the future.

This pilot project demonstrates how compact vertical hydroponic systems can help growers enter commercial farming with a flexible approach while building a foundation for efficient and sustainable vegetable production.
