Recently, a customer from French Polynesia contacted us to customize a NFT hydroponic system for his father. The customer's father usually uses a small self-built hydroponics system at home for vegetable growing, and this time he wanted to purchase a set of professional hydroponics growing pipes and fittings with more professional and stable quality to build a bigger system by himself.
We introduced a variety of NFT hydroponics pipes to the customer, including normal one-piece pipes, split pipes, and black and white anti-algae pipes. The customer finally chose the black and white NFT pipe, which is designed with a black inner layer + white outer layer to effectively block sunlight from entering and prevent algae from growing in the water, as well as to enhance the pipe's aging resistance for outdoor use, which is especially suitable for tropical islands and other areas with strong sunlight and high temperatures.
We personalized the length of the pipe, the diameter of the planting holes and the number of holes according to the customer's needs. The customer also purchased a full set of accessories, including water pumps, planting baskets, planting cotton, seedling cotton, seedling trays, etc., to facilitate later installation and planting.
The customer's father also wanted to give the tank a continuous supply of oxygen, so we picked up oxygenation equipment such as air pumps and oxygen rods for him, and arranged to pack and ship them together. Before production, we also drew detailed drawings for customers to confirm, customers are very satisfied with the size and design of the drawings. At present, the goods have completed the preparation, will soon start transportation, looking forward to customers receive soon.
