A customer from Malaysia is very interested in the simple and efficient Dutch bucket hydroponic growing. He planned to grow tomatoes and peppers on his balcony and hoped to use a small number of hydroponic systems to meet the needs of daily household vegetable use.
After understanding the size of the customer's balcony and the sunlight situation in detail in our communication and checking the site photos of the planting area, we recommended a set of 10 Dutch Bucket system to the customer. This set of hydroponic system is fully equipped, including growing barrels, lids, baskets, water tanks, water pumps and water piping, customers can put it into use after receiving it with simple installation. The Dutch Bucket hydroponics system adopts the reflux drip irrigation structure, which can realize the precise water and fertilizer supply to the plant roots and effectively improve the utilization efficiency of water and nutrients.
At the same time, the customer expressed his wish to use the Dutch bucket in an elevated position and place the water tank underneath to save space and facilitate maintenance. We suggested that he could purchase a sturdy shelf locally or use a smooth box to place the planting buckets above. To complement this arrangement, we prepared a longer water line for the customer to ensure that the entire water system runs smoothly, and to help save on shipping costs.
The Dutch barrel system is now in transit and the customer is very satisfied with our solution. This case also shows that the Dutch bucket system is not only suitable for greenhouse and commercial planting, but also can be flexibly adapted to urban balcony, small terrace and other home planting environments.
