Hydroponics fodder container deployed on Kazakhstan farms

2025-04-18

In Kazakstan, due to the arid climate and land resource constraints, farms have been facing seasonal shortages of fodder, high transportation costs, and nutritional imbalance of traditional fodder. Client H, a large-scale ranch with more than 2,000 head of cattle and sheep, was in need of a climate-independent, locally produced feed solution to protect the health of livestock and improve the efficiency of farming. In response to the client's needs, we customized a hydroponic fodder growing container system for him, with core benefits including:

1、Flexible Deployment: The 40 ft. standard container structure can be placed in any area of the farm without the need for civil modifications, saving transportation costs and wear and tear.

2、Plug-and-play: A turnkey solution that runs automatically when connected to water and electricity, supporting the intelligentization of the entire process of temperature control, lighting, and irrigation.

3、Ultra-high capacity: daily production of 1500 kg of fresh grass, meeting the daily needs of about 500 cows, 24-hour uninterrupted planting, stable yield and cost.

4、Customized service: equipment configuration can be adjusted according to the scale of the ranch, providing a variety of choices from small hydroponic fodder growing machines with a daily output of 100KG/250KG to large fodder containers.

Compared with traditional pasture, hydroponic pasture collection reduces water consumption by 90% and labor input by 70%, reducing operating costs. The customer has ordered the hydroponic fodder container with daily production capacity of 1500kg in 40-foot container, which has already been shipped, and we are looking forward to the customer's feedback on the use of the container.
