In Thailand’s tropical climate, high temperatures and humidity create constant challenges for vegetable production, especially when using traditional soil-based methods. Disease pressure, water consumption, and inconsistent crop performance are common issues. This customer had previously purchased local hydroponic tower samples, but the build quality and system stability did not meet long-term growing requirements.
After reviewing different vertical hydroponic systems, the customer focused on the structural design, material strength, and overall system reliability of our hydroponic towers. Based on these factors, they selected the 6P10 hydroponic tower system for an initial greenhouse trial.
The 6P10 model features a vertical hydroponic tower design with 10 growing levels and 6 planting sites per level, providing a total of 60 planting holes per tower. This high-density hydroponic configuration allows efficient vertical farming in limited greenhouse space while maintaining organized plant spacing and uniform nutrient delivery.
The customer ordered 15 sets of 6P10 hydroponic towers and installed them inside a small greenhouse system. Assembly was completed smoothly, and trial planting has already begun. The hydroponic tower system uses a recirculating nutrient solution, enabling consistent water and nutrient supply to plant roots while significantly reducing water usage compared to soil cultivation. This closed-loop hydroponic system also minimizes soil-related pests and diseases, which is especially important in hot and humid environments.
During the testing phase, the customer is growing multiple crop varieties simultaneously, including leafy greens and herbs, to evaluate growth performance under the same hydroponic conditions. The simple installation process and modular design make the system suitable for new hydroponic growers, while also allowing easy expansion for future commercial hydroponic farming projects.

For this customer, the hydroponic tower system offers a low initial investment and a strong potential return on investment through high planting density and efficient resource use. As crop trials continue, the customer is actively assessing scalability and preparing for a possible transition to full-scale commercial hydroponic vegetable production.
