We received an inquiry about our hydroponic tower system through Google from a UK customer who was interested in developing a vertical hydroponic farm. The customer wanted to use vertical farming technology to improve space utilization and create a more efficient, water-saving solution for commercial crop production.During the initial communication, the customer showed strong interest in our 6P series hydroponic tower system. With its larger growing capacity and optimized vertical structure, the 6P tower system matched the customer’s future plans for a commercial hydroponic farm.
However, as the project was still in the early evaluation stage, the customer wanted to start with a sample unit to test the growing performance before making a larger investment. At the same time, they hoped to reduce the initial cost of transportation and equipment testing.
Since the 6P hydroponic tower comes with a larger water reservoir, its overall weight and shipping cost are relatively higher, especially for a single sample order. Based on the customer’s testing requirements, we recommended the 4P6 hydroponic tower system as a more cost-effective option for the first stage.
The 4P6 tower system features a compact design, easy installation, and a complete nutrient circulation system, making it suitable for testing crop growth performance before expanding into larger commercial applications. We calculated the shipping cost for the 4P6 system and provided a detailed sample order solution. The customer was very satisfied with the overall cost and quickly confirmed the sample purchase.

At the same time, the customer shared their long-term plan to apply hydroponic tower technology on their own farm. Based on this commercial farming goal, we designed a complete solution for 220 units of the 6P series hydroponic tower system, including equipment configuration, project cost estimation, and planting layout planning.
The customer highly appreciated the proposed hydroponic farm solution and decided to begin with sample testing before moving forward with the commercial project. This step-by-step approach allows the customer to evaluate the performance of the vertical hydroponic system in real growing conditions and prepare for future large-scale farm expansion. With the advantages of high-density planting, efficient water circulation, and flexible farm layout, hydroponic tower systems provide an effective solution for modern commercial farming and sustainable agriculture.
