Recently, a client from Jamaica reached out to us with plans to start an urban farming project in a converted warehouse, aiming to grow and resell fresh leafy vegetables, particularly lettuce and kale, year-round. After considering various options, they decided to purchase our 6P10 LED hydroponic tower system.
The high-density design of the 6P10 hydroponic tower, with 60 planting spots per tower, allows for efficient growing in a compact space, making it perfect for their limited space. This design enables them to fully utilize every inch of the warehouse, maintaining high productivity while increasing yield per square foot.
The integrated full-spectrum LED grow lights ensure that the vegetables receive ample light, regardless of the weather outside or the natural light levels inside the warehouse. This allows the plants to undergo photosynthesis under optimal conditions and grow healthily. Additionally, the hydroponic tower's automatic water pump continuously circulates nutrient-rich water, delivering water and nutrients directly to the roots of each plant, avoiding the common issues of uneven watering and nutrient distribution found in soil-based farming. The system is also very water-efficient, drastically reducing water consumption while minimizing labor and operational costs.
