As agricultural producers seek to grow more food with fewer resources, efficient use of space and water has become a key focus for commercial farming projects. A customer in Chile recently launched a commercial hydroponic farming project and selected our 12P15 hydroponic tower system as the first phase of development.
Chile benefits from abundant sunlight, making it well suited for vegetable production. However, maximizing growing efficiency and land utilization remains important for commercial growers. Compared with traditional cultivation methods, vertical hydroponic systems allow higher planting density while improving water and nutrient efficiency through a recirculating irrigation system.
The 12P15 hydroponic tower features a 15-layer vertical growing structure with 180 planting sites, making it suitable for commercial production of lettuce, spinach, kale, basil, and other leafy greens and herbs. Its vertical design helps increase crop output per square meter, supporting higher productivity within a limited growing area.The system continuously delivers water and nutrients to plant roots through a closed-loop irrigation process, promoting consistent crop growth while reducing daily maintenance requirements. Its modular design also provides flexibility for future expansion, allowing growers to gradually increase production capacity as market demand grows.

The customer has completed the initial equipment purchase, and the project is now moving into the implementation stage. The 12P15 hydroponic tower system will provide an efficient, water-saving, and scalable solution for commercial hydroponic farming in Chile, laying the foundation for future expansion.
