After simple communication with us, the customer expressed their intention to visit the company, so they agreed on a meeting time with the customer. After the customer came to the company, we warmly received them and showed them around our sample room.
During the conversation, I learned that the client has two greenhouses and wants to start their hydroponic project in their own greenhouse. At present, the customer is not very familiar with hydroponic equipment and is trying this industry for the first time. However, the customer is interested in developing these two types of planting, tower system and EBB and flow table. After receiving the customer's needs, we made two plans for them. After seeing them, the customer felt that they were trying this new field for the first time and wanted to test which hydroponic equipment had the best planting effect.
After the customer returned to Outer Mongolia, they wanted to start hydroponic cultivation with a complete set of samples. Therefore, the customer purchased a tower system, NFT system, microgreen system, EBB and flow table and doser system, which can provide a clearer understanding of the overall greenhouse project. After reaching an agreement, we prepared and produced goods for the customer.
