In recent years, there has been a growing interest in home gardening and sustainable lifestyles in Slovakia. People are becoming increasingly open to eco-friendly products. In mid-June, we were contacted by a customer from Slovakia named Peter, who inquired about our vertical garden hydroponic tower system. Peter runs a small company in Slovakia that focuses on environmentally friendly home products, and he has always paid close attention to various green living solutions. He saw great potential for our hydroponic system in the local market, as it is modular, energy-efficient, and suitable for use on indoor balconies. He even began considering the possibility of becoming a distributor.
Throughout our conversations, Peter showed great attention to detail regarding the product. We explained that our hydroponic tower uses full-spectrum LED grow lights, which provide lighting suitable for a variety of crops. The tower is made from food-grade PP material, making it both eco-friendly and safe. Its modular design allows for easy assembly, with each part simply connecting together.We also shared usage cases and market feedback from other European customers to help him understand how the system performs in practice. In addition, we provided detailed explanations of our support services, including shipping arrangements, remote technical assistance, and spare parts availability.
After several rounds of communication, Peter decided to start by ordering two sample units for testing. One includes LED lighting to suit Slovakia’s winter conditions, and the other is a basic version designed to test how the system performs under natural light. We are currently working on logo customization and have drafted an initial distribution pricing plan along with promotional strategies based on the positioning of his company.
The sample units have already been shipped. Once received, Peter plans to test them and then participate in two upcoming green living exhibitions in Bratislava, where he will demonstrate how the hydroponic tower works and showcase the planting results to local consumers.
