Ryan needs microgreens not hydroponics. So trays. The issue I have is spinach and beets - I want them only at 7-14 days for salads. So hydroponics does not work. The other issue I have is temperature. My temperature in Canada fluctuates from -40 in winter to +40 in summer (outside) but it drops the temperature inside and the sprouts growth is inconsistent.
For the Sprouting container machinem, There is LED light, Air conditioner, Ozone steriliztion, Water colling system, PLC touch-screen controlling system included. No worries about the Cold/Hot weather in Winter/Summer.
