In parts of Canada, long winters and low temperatures can limit outdoor gardening for much of the year. For home growers who want to enjoy fresh vegetables despite seasonal weather changes, indoor hydroponics offers an alternative way to grow leafy greens. A customer from Canada decided to try growing lettuce and other leafy vegetables at home and began looking for a complete NFT hydroponic system suitable for indoor use.
After exploring the available options, the customer chose a 4-tier flat NFT hydroponic system measuring 2 meters in length. The system features 288 planting sites and comes equipped with dedicated grow lights, a large water reservoir, a circulation pump, and a complete set of pipes and fittings. This all-in-one configuration simplifies setup and saves the customer from having to source individual components separately.
The grow lights help supplement natural light in indoor environments, while the recirculating nutrient solution delivers water and nutrients to plant roots. Together, these features provide practical support for growing leafy vegetables indoors, even when outdoor conditions are less suitable for gardening.

The feedback demonstrated how the NFT system was being used in a real home-growing environment and gave the customer a practical starting point for indoor hydroponic gardening.
The customer was pleased with the overall system, particularly its integrated design, recirculating water system, and suitability for indoor growing. This purchase marked the beginning of the customer's home hydroponic growing experience and highlighted the practical value of a complete flat NFT system for cultivating leafy greens indoors.
