Grow it yourself first, then decide whether to sell it.A customer from the USA became highly interested in our hydroponic tower system and was considering becoming a local distributor. Instead of placing a large initial order, the customer decided to first test the system at home, evaluate the growing experience, and then determine the next step for the local market.
Based on the customer's home growing needs, we recommended the 4P6 Hydroponic Tower. Its compact vertical design takes up limited floor space while providing multiple planting sites, making it suitable for indoor growing, balconies, and home gardens. The system can be used to grow lettuce, spinach, kale, tomatoes, and cucumbers, giving home growers flexibility to produce different types of fresh vegetables.
The customer first asked us to check the shipping cost of the 4P6 tower to the USA. During the discussion, the customer mentioned having a freight forwarder in China and preferred to confirm the final shipping cost through their own logistics agent.
We provided the 4P6 packaging dimensions and shipping information, allowing the customer and their freight forwarder to calculate the transportation cost and finalize the logistics arrangement.
The 4P6 hydroponic tower was eventually shipped to Yiwu, where it was handed over to the customer's freight forwarder for the next stage of transportation.

For this customer, the first tower is more than a sample order. It provides an opportunity to experience home hydroponic vegetable growing firsthand and evaluate the product before entering the US market. If the growing results and user experience meet expectations, the customer plans to explore hydroponic tower distribution and potentially develop additional local vegetable growing opportunities.
